Easter came early this morning but we lucked out with warmer weather! It was a cloudy day, but at least there was no rain. The girls slept in & then they had fun seeing their Easter baskets when they came downstairs:
I think Easter baskets are great this time of year to get new things for those warmer months, especially since they have winter birthdays:
Of course the girls had an egg hunt also - lots of candy & money inside:
Then we went to Easter service at church:
For Easter lunch, we went to Bryan's grandmother's house. We ate a delicious meal & then spent the afternoon visiting with family. The girls actually made an Easter dessert - they were supposed to be white chocolate covered cookie dough bites & they were so good, but they didn't quite turn out as cute as the picture of them we originally saw:
That didn't stop us from eating them all!
