We had a low key Father's Day this year. We celebrated with both of our fathers on Saturday when we went out to eat after Sophie's dance recital, but on Sunday, it was just the 4 of us. Sophie was excited to give Bryan a present she made back in pre-school:
While he was out of town last week, we worked on a surprise for him. We made a poem using candy bars! The girls were so excited to give it to him:
He probably doesn't need this much candy, but he does like sweets!
At church they had a pop shop set up with popcorn & soda pops for all of the pops out there:
Afterwards, we went to lunch at one of his favorite places & that was it. It rained most of the day so we went home & hibernated. Bryan watched golf all day & napped so it might have been his favorite thing anyway :)
It was a great weekend & I am so glad we had the chance to celebrate him:
