32 years ago my mother in law went to work & today she finally retired:
Can you believe that - 32 years for the same company! That is unheard of these days. Her company threw her a retirement party & Bryan's brother & his family drove down from Colorado. The girls were so excited to see their cousins:
Her immediate family came to help her celebrate:
Along with several of her co-workers:
Speeches were given, tears were shed & a few laughs had by all:
Obviously her co-workers know her well because they had some pretty good gag gifts for her that even our family got a kick out of:
The kids did good & were well behaved during the party but I couldn't help but smile when I saw the girls fixing each other's hair:
It was a special day seeing her surrounded by her personal & work families and we couldn't be more proud of her:
And we are also excited to finally have a grandparent retire - that means I finally have help watching the girls during the day :)
