Last week I was invited to a Mother's Day Tea at Sonshine Academy with Sadie's class. They asked the girls to wear hats & the boys to wear either a tie or a bow tie. Sadie pretty much wears dresses every day any way, but we thought it would be fun for her & a few of her friends to wear their matching dresses:
Their other friend Tatum had a matching dress also but somehow we missed getting a picture with her. School gets out at 2:00 but they asked the moms to come at 1:00 & when we walked into the auditorium, they had it all decorated with a place setting for each mom & child:
I always love seeing their creations! It was a fun afternoon getting to visit with her & the friends in her class:

Sonshine School does something smaller since the kids are younger, so they invited the moms to stay & have breakfast for about 15-20 minutes after we drop off our kids. Sophie was so excited to do something special since she heard about Sadie's tea last week:

Of course we had to get pictures of her friends too. There only 4 girls in their class & they are really close. This is Abby & Brinkley but their 4th friend Brooklyn wasn't there:
I will miss these special gatherings as Sadie starts kindergarten next year!
