Parking Pal

A couple of year's ago, my mom gave me this magnet called a parking pal. It has a picture of a hand on it & it is supposed to go on your car:

 

 

To be honest, I can't remember if I got this before or after I had kids, but I remember at the time I didn't need it so I put it up.

 

Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I found it again & thought it was genius! Now I have 2 children & they love it:

 

 

Sadie likes to move it & switch sides of the car every now & then, but basically the girls know - whatever side the sign is on, then we get the other person out first. So if it's on Sophie's side, I will go get Sadie out & then she will come stand by me & put her hand on the magnet while I get Sophie out. I am telling you - it is really a great safety tool in busy parking lots! I am sure they will get tired of it soon enough, but right now, they think it is a fun game :) Thanks Mimi!
