Earlier this month, Sadie's team participated in a food drive where they collected food & monetary donations, as well as sorted the food that was delivered. Their coach requires them to do 1 charitable event per year, which I think is great, and they did this one again after doing it last December also. The theme was Who-ville & some of the girls got into it with their costumes:
One of the moms picked up Chick Fil A so they got to eat lunch together also:
They also had their team Christmas party:
They went ice skating:
These girls are pretty good athletes, so it was hilarious to see them on skates! Let's just say they should stick to soccer! Their team manager surprised them with personalized ornaments:
They all brought fuzzy socks & had a gift exchange:
These girls spend A LOT of time together so it's just fun getting to see them off the soccer field & being friends together:
Of course their coach is the glue that holds them all together & we couldn't be more grateful for her guidance:
These girls have some exciting events coming up in 2023 & I cannot wait to see how they do!
