Fall sports have officially ended in our house & we are looking forward to a few quiet weekends before winter sports begin. Sophie had her last cheer & soccer games 2 weeks ago, but we celebrated with her cheer squad at an end of the season party:
One of the moms hosted a get together at her house & we had a great time! The girls played outside & they had dinner al fresco:
before heading back inside for cheer bingo:
Then we ended the evening with gifts for everyone:
Such a fun way to end the year!
Next up, volleyball. Sadie's team had their last game last weekend & they were so excited because her teacher, Mrs. Hartman came to watch:
Then we took a few pictures with their coaches:
This one cracks me up - Coach Kelly is due in December but you wouldn't even know because she was running around playing & coaching volleyball like normal. The girls thought it was hilarious to take a preggo pic with her:
Finally, Sadie's fall outdoor soccer league finished last weekend also. She played 2 soccer games on Saturday & 2 again on Sunday. What a trooper! She has really enjoyed playing for Coach T & with this group of girls:
Look who else we saw out at the fields:
Her bestie Kenzie!
Fall outdoor may be over, but soccer is not! They will continue their practice regimen as normal & have a little bit of downtime during the holidays, but we already have a tournament scheduled in December & January. Plus indoor soccer starts in January also.
Know what else starts this winter? Basketball! As much as we loved our fall sports, we are ready for a change :)
