As I mentioned yesterday, over the weekend we had Sophie's soccer team over for a pool party to celebrate the end of the season. We actually planned this for a few weekends ago but of course it got rained out. Go figure - that was par for the season. But this weekend turned out to be perfect & the girls had a blast swimming & playing together all night:
Bryan cooked hamburgers & hot dogs on the grill & it was officially his first time to grill this spring/summer season:
None of the parents got in & swam, but we had just as much fun visiting:
Bryan had all of the trophies out on display so the girls were so excited when he finally passed them out:
Towards the end of the night, all of the kids were taking turns jumping off the grotto & doing their best tricks:
Eventually the girls talked Coach Bryan into jumping in the water & he even attempted a toe touch for them:
We just love these girls & their families. Hopefully they will all return for the fall soccer season when they start kindergarten next year:
