Life lately is all about wrapping things up with the end of the school year. Last Friday, we had our last school assembly of the year & the 1st graders rocked their final cheer of 1st grade:
They might have been a little rambunctious this morning but they were having fun:
and so were these 2 crazy kids:
The next GMP they will be kindergarteners!
Later that day we stayed for lunch since it was our last Friday of the school year:
Sadie had her last basketball game of the spring season:
And she had her final Girl Scout meeting. There were only 3 of the girls in her troop who memorized the Girl Scout law & pledge and I am so proud of Sadie for being one of them. These 3 got to lead their final meeting:
Then they were given their year end awards:
Technically most of them bridged over from Daisies to Brownies, but Sadie won't be coming back. I know she will miss it but we sure enjoyed our 2 years together with this troop - the girls & the moms! After their meeting, they celebrated with ice cream sundaes & a pool party:

We also went to a friend's graduation party:
I mean how cute is that picture?! One of Sadie's besties has an older sister who is graduating so it has been fun listening to her mom talk about her senior year & she is going to UT. Hook 'Em!
