Last night Sophie got invited to kindergarten camp:
Can you believe it? Already! She was so excited to go & meet new friends. Although it is a lot easier the second time around because she knows half the class already because they are siblings who have older brothers & sisters at Pink. As soon as we got there, she saw Kate:
And of course we saw her buddy KJ:
And I like to call this group the "After School Crew":
I would say 95% of the time Sadie is a walker after school & we meet out front. Well most of these kids either walk/ride/scooter also & we always get to school early so the moms can visit & the kids can play. It's like my version of social hour :)
The kids were divided into groups based on the color of their bandanna & they took turns touring the school. They got to visit the kinder classrooms, gym, library, music room & who know where else:
Our school has had a camping theme for the past few years so everything was decorated cute for camping & when the kids left, they were each given a bag of smores. It was a fun night getting to visit with old friends & getting to meet new ones. I know Sophie will do great next year & I can't wait for both of the girls to be together at school:
