We have literally been celebrating birthdays around here for the past week starting with Sadie's birthday, then their joint party & finally we celebrated Sophie's birthday on Monday. Bryan took her to get donuts after they took Sadie to school but she wanted to come home & eat them on our special plate:
My mom gave her this birthday tutu & she loved it! She was so excited to get herself ready for the day:
Bryan had to work & Sadie was at school so I let Sophie choose what she wanted to do & she wanted to go to play at EQ Kids Club. We mostly had the place to ourselves & she loved it!
That night, she requested her favorite meal for dinner & we had left over cake from the party. But her favorite part was opening presents:

Sadie got hers when she turned 5 & Sophie is way bigger than Sadie ever was so we knew it was time:
Bryan & I gave her American Girl Bunk Beds & she was ecstatic:
Like she needs anything else for her baby dolls! But she has asked for 1 specific doll for Christmas, so we'll see if Santa delivers.
On Tuesday, she had school & they let us come up to celebrate:
You don't get to do this when they start public school so I relish being able to celebrate with her & her friends while we can! They sang Happy Birthday to her:
and then we had a few snacks. She specifically requested brownies & Capri Suns and we had a few unicorn/Santa toothpicks & napkins leftover from their party:
It was the perfect way to end her birthday celebration!
