We got home from Orlando late Saturday night but since it was Memorial Day weekend, we still had Sunday & Monday to enjoy with Bryan before he went back to work. We invited Bryan's parents over on Sunday afternoon & Bryan grilled & we swam. It was a perfect afternoon until it started raining early that night. The good news is that we built a huge patio cover so we stayed outside we just didn't get to swim anymore :( Instead, we played games:
And Grammy & Grandpa got to look at their scrapbooks from school:
It was a fun evening despite the rain!
It actually rained all night & was cloudy the next morning, but it finally cleared up before lunch, so we invited the Hill family over for a Memorial Day cookout:
We swam for a while & then ate lunch. They left that afternoon because the girls had their last swimming lesson for the winter season:
I always pull them out for the summer because they get plenty of practice at home.
It ended up being a fun Memorial Day weekend despite us coming in from out of town & all of the rain!
