I realize that Mother's Day was last weekend, but we celebrated at Sophie's school yesterday. They had to split the days for the older & younger kids so moms could go to both :) I think Sophie was confused why I was staying instead of dropping her off, but she quickly got over it once she saw the food:
Oh, that expression. We see if often! She is our shy one & she got embarrassed when they took pictures of her yesterday. I finally got her to warm up when we took a picture with Lena & KJ:
As soon as Abby got there, she went crazy. They were hugging & kissing each other but of course as soon as I got my camera out, they both got shy again:
I enjoyed meeting most of the other moms in her class since I only knew a few & it sounds like most of them will be back next year, including KJ & Abby.
Their teachers surprised us with gifts:
The flower is actually a pen so that is going to look cute sitting on my desk! The girls really me spoiled this year & made a lot of cards:
Couldn't ask for anything more than something home made from my girls!
