Little Stinker

I know I have mentioned that Sophie tends to be the more challenging of our 2 children & she set out to prove that once more this week :( Honestly, we lucked out with both of the girls because they were both pretty easy babies - phenomenal eaters & sleepers but Sophie definitely has a personality. One second she is as cute as she can be & the next she is all out crazy:

One of her teachers at school sent me this picture last week. That is Abby & apparently she is one of her best friends :) She talks about her all the time at home! Last week she had a string of dirty diapers & she came home from school both days in her "extra" outfit because she had ruined the clothes she was wearing. And the next time she did it, I had forgotten to put extra clothes back in her bag so they had to borrow some from the church. Thus the reason she is naked. But the boots must belong to someone else because they definitely aren't hers!

Fast forward to this week. When I walked in to get her Monday morning, she greeted me with her pull up:

As you can see, she took her pants off & threw them on the ground, along with 2 of her baby dolls. And then she took off her diaper & handed it to me. She also tried to take off her top as you can see but she only got one arm through. Thank goodness she must have done this when she woke up & not during the night because I didn't have to clean up a mess. Believe me, right before we went to Vegas, I had to warn my mom because she did this every single night for a couple of weeks. I would have to sneak in there before I went to bed & dress her again while she was asleep :(

Doesn't she look so cute & innocent? She most definitely was not later that day. I put her down for her nap & it was quiet so I thought she was sleeping. When I went in to wake her up for swimming lessons, I was SEVERLY surprised to find that she had not been sleeping at all. Instead she was fully clothed but she had gone to the restroom & thought it would be fun to pull her poop (sorry, tmi I know!) out of her diaper & finger paint with it. Let me tell you that I was too disgusted to take a picture. She had thrown it across the room so I found it on the floor, on the carpet, all over her crib (literally, smeared over the entire crib) & all over her (yes, literally in her hair, under her nails, on her clothes, etc.). She has done this twice before but in her defense she was sick both of those times so it was more like she had an accident & just kind of laid in it. This time her pull up was on the right way, she just had other plans in mind. Oh Sophie. What am I going to do with you?! Thank goodness Sadie never did anything like this so I only had to go through it once!
