Life Lately

Another busy week full of our normal activities with a few extra thrown in.

 

First, Sophie is really into hugging these days. Anytime she sees anyone remotely close to her in size, she goes in for the hug. And it's usually a long embrace. Jamie caught a picture of her hugging Hayden at the soccer game the other day:

 

On Monday, we found a big package on the porch when we got home from gymnastics. Let's just say that made for some great imaginative play the rest of the day:

 

 

On Tuesday, I took Sadie to the dentist for a check up after school. For some reason this girl loves the dentist, but she did not like the cherry flavor they gave her this time :( She also got x-rays for the first time:

 

 

Wednesday morning we had our monthly MOPS play date at our friend's house. She dyed noodles & had yarn for the kids to make necklaces & Sadie loved it:

 

 

I went to the dermatology office last week for my annual skin check up & had to have 2 moles biopsied :( I also had some questions about my face in regards to the pregnancy mask I unfortunately received with both pregnancies :( Somehow they talked me into a chemical peel since insurance paid for it:

 

 

That was me first thing this morning. I went early before the girls woke up. It really didn't hurt & apparently my face isn't too sensitive because it's not as red or as irritated & I thought it would be today. We'll see how it looks over the next couple of days......

 

When the girls woke up, I surprised them & took them to Urban Air to meet some friends from church:

 

 

We had such a fun morning! It was a great week I just can't believe they only go to school next week & then they have a week off for Thanksgiving. Before we know it, we will be ringing in 2016!
