One of the fun things about having kids are the holidays - it is a good excuse to celebrate any holiday that's out there! Now that Sadie is getting older, she is starting to understand them & enjoy them as well. She was really excited about St. Patrick's Day today! We started the morning with green pancakes & a special shamrock straw for her milk. I surprised the girls with new shirts & to top it off, I let Sadie wear one of her shamrock necklaces to school. But her favorite was the Irish tattoo that I let her wear - she was so excited to show all of her green goodies to her friends:
This picture was all her - she asked if we go out side by the hot tub & then she posed for me! What a diva :) Sophie didn't really know what was going on but she got to eat a green pancake too & looked cute in her shamrock shirt also. She actually had swimming lessons this morning & then we went shopping at a few stores around town afterwards & apparently I tired her out:
So that's the best picture I got of her Irish outfit. These two really are my lucky charms! One holiday down, one more to go. We have the house decorated for Easter & I have a bunny rabbit who likes to hop around the house all the time while the other plays with Easter eggs.
