One of the reasons we made a day trip to Austin is so we had time to go shopping on Sunday. It's not very often that we go shopping with Daddy, so Sadie thought that was kind of special. We hit up Lowe's & Home Depot because we had to pick out ceiling fans for the outdoor patio:
We also had to look for a door. We have a guest bedroom & bathroom at the back of our house & there is a small window on the outside wall of the bathroom. Luckily, we are able to save money & instead of building an outdoor bathroom, we are knocking out the window & part of the wall to install an exterior door so people who are using the outside area can use the guest bathroom instead of coming inside the house all the time. The bathroom is all tile & should be easier to clean instead of tracking wet grass & dirt on the hardwood floors in our living room & kitchen.
We also went to Costco & bought a tv to hang outside:
Today they are working like crazy & there are probably 10 guys out there. It's getting more exciting every day that passes!
