Windmill Park

We finally ventured outside for a spring play date this morning with some of our MOPS friends. Luckily it was warm, but it was cloudy & the rain held off until after lunch. Along with the cooler weather. I swear, it won't just get warm & stay warm :(

 

Anyway, we went to a new park today that we had never been to in Prosper, which is about 15 minutes away. The park is very similar to Hope Park, which is located in Frisco.

 

Sadie had a blast running around with her friends & she is pretty courageous these days. There really isn't anything she won't do at the park - which is exciting & scary at the same time for her Mom!

 

 

She really loved the see saw. I can't recall if she has even been on one before? This may have been her first time! Our little ones even had fun joining the big kids, even though they mostly just "hung" out!

 

 

After a few hours, our friends left, but I had packed a lunch so the 3 of us enjoyed a picnic. Maybe I should clarify that Sadie enjoyed our picnic :) Not only did she eat the sandwich I made for her, along with the dried apples & pretzels, but she also tried to eat my sandwich & my chips!

 

 

Hopefully we will continue to soak up this beautiful spring weather before it gets too hot outside!
