Sophie's 11th Birthday

And just like that, we are celebrated another birthday when Sophie turned 11! Her birthday was on a Tuesday but we started celebrating the weekend before. Sadie went to a birthday party so Sophie invited a friend to go to dinner with us & I couldn't help but tell the waiter it was her birthday:

Who doesn't want free dessert & to be sung to?!

On Monday night, she begged to open a gift early so Sadie let her open hers:

Our Tuesday was slammed so we let her open our gifts that morning before school:

Fun fact, they dressed up as reindeers at school that day in case you were wondering. Bryan was Watch Dog Dad for her birthday so he got to spend the day with her at school:

I joined them for lunch with Sonic, her request, of course!

After school they had their Pink Pacers running club but it was themed reindeer games so after they ran, we had a hot cocoa bar with sugar cookies waiting for them:

Sadie had a basketball game that night so she didn't come home after school so we took Sophie out to eat, just the 3 of us & of course she chose her favorite mexican food restaurant that we hardly have because they are not gluten friendly:

We finally got home about 9:00 that night & she got to open the rest of her gifts from family:

On Friday night, all of her friends came over to help us celebrate! Her party was very similar to Sadie's but instead of taking them to a Lip Lab down in Dallas, we stayed here in Frisco & took them to a nail salon. We had a newer one open this year that is super girlie & Sophie was SO excited to take her friends here:

Bryan even joined us for the party:

It is the cutest nail salon & the girls were so cute visiting while getting pampered. I mean are these girls spoiled or what?!

When we got back to our house, I had dinner for the girls & Sophie was very specific about her menu. Dr. Pepper, pizza rolls, ruffle potato chips & home made ranch dip:

Then she opened presents & wanted a picture with every single friend:

And just like Sadie, she wanted ice cream sundaes instead of cake or cupcakes:

Somehow I threw 3 parties at our house this week, survived 2 birthday girls & a sinus infection, but it was worth it to see Sophie so happy with her friends. I am so glad we were able to celebrate her big time! Moving on, only a few more days until Christmas!!!
