July flew by, probably because we traveled half of the month & then when we got back, soccer officially started. Yep, lots of soccer in the hot heat. Sadie had 2 weeks of fitness training in the morning but she did great & officially passed her fitness test the first time:

They have a tournament every weekend in August so at least they are prepared!
We also kept busy volunteering for NCL. Sophie has even come a few times & she has had fun also! One of our favorites is volunteering with The Miracle League of Frisco & getting to be a buddy. We helped with basketball a few times this month:
She's also got to spend some extra time with some of her close friends this summer since their schedules are hard to align during the school year:
And of course we've had a lot of friends over at our house too:
The girls have loved playing water volleyball & 4 square in the pool!
Sadie also went on her first mission trip with our church youth group. She couldn't go the entire week due to soccer, but she did go for a few days & had a great time. And this is all I have to show for it. Ha!
They went to Tulsa & guess who got to drive her & drop her off? Sophie & I. It was a long 9 hour day in the car so I treated Sophie to sno cones before we turned around & came home:
Sophie had more free time than Sadie since none of her fall activities have started yet so we put her in jumps class to get her ready for fall cheerleading. I'm not sure what she liked more - the class or being with her friends?!
She's had a lot more free time on her hand to hang out with friends before school starts:

July was fun but I think we are all ready to move on to August & all of the back to school activities that come with it!
