Last fall, Sadie played volleyball with a bunch of girls from school & loved it so much she decided to play again this fall. She has been playing since September & their season just ended last weekend. Their team improved so much & they did really well this year, especially Sadie! They only served underhanded last year & this year, the coaches tried their best to teach them how to serve overhand at practice:
It was pretty funny watching them all try! By the end of the season, Sadie finally had it:
By the last 2 games, she had learned it good enough to actually try it in a game - she got it over! In fact, they have a 5 serve limit & in their last game, she served all 5 in a row overhand. We were so proud of her!
It was a fun season & we always enjoy seeing friends on other teams along the way:
