After a long summer break, Sophie finally returned to Sonshine Academy this week! We declared Monday, Labor Day, our official last day of summer & then she went back Tuesday morning. She asked for donuts for breakfast to be eaten on our special plate:
Then we took the obligatory first day of school pictures before we headed out. Unfortunately, Sadie was already at school so it was just Sophie:
When we got there, we saw some of her friends so she wanted to take a picture at the photo booth with them:
And bonus, I got a few pictures that night from her teacher:
She still goes twice a week & so far she is LOVING it! She very much knows that she is one of the oldest & she literally thinks she rules the school :) It's so fun to see her confidence & I hope that she has a great school year before she transitions to kindergarten next year.
