Last week, Sadie's school celebrated college week. They had themed days where they got to dress up & of course Sadie wore her longhorn gear most of the week! They even had a homework assignment where they were sent home with a popcorn kernel to decorate with the college of their choice. I volunteered to help hang them so I got a sneak peak of what the kinder/1st grade pod looked like with their collegiate choices:

They got to wear sunglasses to school one day since their future was looking bright:

They also had career day where they were supposed to dress up like what they wanted to be when they grow up. Any guesses what Sadie chose?
Big aspirations, I know. Thankfully most of the younger kids want to be football players & cheerleaders when they grow up:
It's a fun week & I'm glad that Sadie still has her heart set on the Longhorns since her dad brainwashed her :) We'll see if her aspirations change from her college choice to her future career. She still has a lot of school left ahead before we get there!
