Life Lately

Ok, let's start with last weekend. I was getting ready for church & Sophie walked in. She had apparently gotten herself ready for church:

Dressy boots - check. Pajama pants - check. Fancy skirt - check. Exercise shirt - check. Crazy hair - check & check. 

Since I surprised Sadie at lunch last week, Bryan went up there this week:

Sophie was so excited to have Bentley join us for school this week:

We took him to school & home from school but they had the most fun playing while we sat in carline :)

At Mom's Next this week, we had someone teach us how to decorate cookies:

It was fun & the girls were excited when I brought a special treat home for them. 

I went out with some girlfriends this week to celebrate their February birthdays:

We got a reflexology foot massage that was pretty cheap & ended up being a 1 hour full body massage. It was amazing! So were the cupcakes we had afterwards :)

Sadie & Alana had their last swim lesson together. Sadie started swimming at Emler Swim School & then moved on to Frisco Swim but now she is leaving the fun & childish swim lessons to start training for her summer team. I have a feeling her new coaches won't be as sweet at the women she has had for the past couple of years:

Finally, the girls had the semi annual check ups at the dentist this week. Sadie was a pro - she got x rays, had her teeth checked & cleaned with no problems:

Sophie on the other hand did not participate. She has gone to the dentist since she was 1 year old & we have never had problems, until now. I am not sure what happened but she screamed, cried & made it completely uncomfortable for everyone up there:

 Needless to say, she did not get anything done. The only thing I can think of is they talked about dentists & teeth that week at school & I wonder if they said something at school that might have scared her. Who knows but hopefully she will continue to brush her teeth & take care of herself until she goes again.
