A few months ago Julianne found a Groupon to a cute little place in Grapevine called Let's Pretend where the girls could attend a princess tea party. They were so excited, picked out cute dresses & even had matching tea hats when we got there:
The hats didn't last long because the girls couldn't wait to be transformed into princesses. They got to pick a new dress to wear, they got their hair braided, nails painted & make up done:
Sadie wanted a side braid like the other girls & somehow they pulled it off but it didn't last long. It eventually started falling down. My favorite part was watching the girls watching each other get ready:
Once they were all finished, they had fun twirling around, dancing & taking pictures together:
Look at those diva poses! Finally, they sat down to enjoy some hot tea & cupcakes:
Sadie tried the tea but she didn't really like it! She asked for lemonade instead & I don't think she liked that either so she eventually drank water. Sounds just like me!
Eventually it was time to change back into their own clothes but we couldn't leave without taking a few more pictures of all of us, moms included:
It was a fun afternoon & I always enjoys spending time with these ladies, especially this one:
