Last year, my mom took the girls in our family to see Frozen, Disney on Ice. We absolutely loved it & Bryan might have been a little bit jealous since he didn't get to go. This time, when I heard Disney on Ice was coming back to the Dallas area, I made sure we bought tickets again but this time Bryan got to join his girls. We also invited his parents since it was over Thanksgiving weekend & it was our holiday with them. I waited to surprise the girls at the last minute & then offered them the chance to wear what they wanted. Sadie chose Elsa right away, her fancy light up one from Disney World & Halloween last year. It hangs in her closet & doesn't get worn very often, so I was glad she wore it again. We hoped Sophie would be Anna because that is really her favorite, but she wanted to be Elsa also since Sadie was:
The show was fantastic! This time it was Dare to Dream with all of the Disney Princesses, specifically Cinderella, Rapunzel, Snow White & Tiana. Mickey & Minnie Mouse were also the hosts for the evening. I took a few pictures, but of course it doesn't do them justice:
The girls were spoiled with snow cones & souvenirs from their grandparents:
Rapunzel's story was the best & she took up most of the second half after intermission. They had long flowing hair that she actually flew on around the arena, it was pretty impressive:
At the very end, every single princess you could think of (except for Anna & Elsa!) skated out & finished the show around the castle:
We lucked out & had great seats so after the show, we walked to the ice & got to take pictures up close:
We had such a great time & I am glad Bryan finally got to join us as well as his parents:
