We have been eagerly anticipating Halloween at our house & have done all sorts of fun fall activities this past week in preparation. At gymnastics, they were asked to wear costumes so Sadie chose Ariel (that is still her favorite princess!) & of course we let Sophie dress up also even though she is not in gymnastics yet. She chose the cupcake princess dress that Sadie wore at this age & she looked so cute:
Anna Grace & Grayson were dressed up also:
Later that day, we made Halloween cupcakes:
Sadie is really into baking so she was estatic when Mimi gave them a baking set. We made witches brew chocolate cupcakes & I must say, they did turn out pretty tasty:
At MOPS on Wednesday the girls dressed in their witches attire & I think they looked adorable:
I absolutely love that second picture where Sophie is looking up to Sadie!
They dressed up again for school this week & I caught a picture of them sitting with some of their friends afterwards:
And we hosted a Halloween play date for our MOPS table yesterday. I made several Halloween snacks including the mummy juice bar like I did last year:
That's always the girls favorite part! It was the first time our new MOPS group had gotten together but we had a great time & are looking forward to spending the year with them:
Now let the weekend festivities begin as we inch our way closer to Halloween night!
