Will You "Bee" My Valentine?

Sadie had an extra special day at school today because they had a Valentine's party. I tried my best to dress her for the party, but to be honest, she really just looks all girly in shades of pink, red & purple!

 

I bought her these skinny, red, glitter jeans for her birthday party & she also wore them for Christmas but how perfect are they for Valentine's?! She also had a matching Valentine shirt on, but you can't see it because I styled her in a hot pink denim jacket. To complete the look, she has her Valentine bow (of course!) and I tried to put on her brown boots, but she was determined to wear her purple glitter boots. Believe me, I am trying to give her more choices but it's so hard to relinquish control!

 

For Halloween I went all out & made home made Halloween treat bags for all the students in her class & then realized I was the only Mom who did :( so I saved myself the time & bought her friends vanilla cupcake gold fish. Yummy, right? I didn't even know they made those. But I did get a little more creative for her teachers:

 

 

I bought them a Burt's Bees chapstick & then attached these cute little note cards that say "Will you Bee my Valentine?" Cheap, simple & practical. I am sure her teachers get tired of candy all the time, so I tried to think outside of the box. You know I'm not very creative though, so I will probably re-use this idea over & over for future teachers......
