Selfie

I know "selfies" are all the rage this year but I hardly ever take pictures of myself. In fact, I am usually the picture taker meaning I am always taking pictures of Bryan & most importantly, the girls! Although I did get my picture snapped this week:

 

I know, it's not glamorous, but this is me in my every day life :) Most days I am wearing work out clothes (yoga pants, pajama pants, shorts or a t-shirt) & most of the time I do not have on any make up & I usually am wearing a hat. It's mostly laziness because I hate to fix myself up when all I am doing is running Sadie around to swimming lessons or school. Don't get me wrong, I like to dress up if we have a play date or MOPS so I don't look like this every day.

 

Except for the baby carrier. I do carry Sophie in it at least an hour a day. I will probably wear it more once she gets older, but as you can see, she is still kind of small so she can barely see over it. I was carrying her facing me but she would always bury her little face into my chest & go to sleep. Technically your not supposed to turn them facing out until they weigh 10 pounds & she is no where near that yet, but I was hoping if I turned her around she would be more engaged & stay awake. Apparently not.

 

Sadie likes it when I carry her. Do they make carriers like this in a smaller size for baby dolls? If so, we should probably get Sadie one. She would love to carry her baby around while I carry my baby around :)

 

Anyway, back to the selfie. Technically, it's not really a selfie because I obviously did not take it myself - Bryan did. But now you have a glimpse into my every day life.......
