Coloring

Since we got Sadie's new toddler table out, I have been trying to do more activities where she can sit there instead of her high chair. The other night she practiced her coloring, I mean scribbling:

 

We have tried this a few time at restaurants when they give us a kids menu with crayons, but usually she tries to eat the crayons. I found these toddler crayons & markers that are in the shape of animals that are easier for toddlers to hold. She actually got these in her Easter basket, but we hadn't used them yet. She was really excited about them at first, but honestly, she was more interested in playing with them/trying to take them apart than actually coloring with them. Practice makes perfect, so I guess we'll keep trying.
