5th Grade Count Down

I can't believe I am saying this, but the girls only have a few days of school left & Sophie especially has been extra busy with all of the extras counting down her last few days of 5th grade & elementary school. At our spring carnival this year, we won the silent auction for her to be Coach Mistr for the day. He is our PE teacher & she had been saving this for her last year because he is one of her favorites:

We had their end of the season soccer party to celebrate her retirement from the sport. Ha!

Wednesday nights just finished at our church & will be taking a break for the summer so they graduated from GA's:

These 4 have done it together since kindergarten:

and they were blessed to have the same teachers & leaders since the beginning also:

We had our final mom's night out before the kids graduate:

and last weekend she got invited to her first Griffin pool party. Our middle school basically is broken up between 2 elementary schools so one of the moms at the other elementary school had a party to introduce all of the new girls & moms together:

All of the girls were so sweet & I am so glad Sophie got to meet a bunch of them before school starts next year. Same with the moms! Although I joked, I will probably remember all of the girl names & which mother they go to, but I couldn't tell you all of the mom's names right now - I'll have to work on that!

Only a few more days left to survive elementary school & all of the activities that come along with it & then we will be ready for summer & having both girls at middle school together!
