The girls woke up early Christmas morning, around 6:45, which is honestly the earliest they have ever woken up on Christmas before! I think they were disappointed there wasn't a puppy downstairs, but they were excited to see iPads anyway:
They already had iPads but theirs were at least 5 of 6 years old & they were out of storage & their home buttons were starting to get stuck. They have used them quite a bit through the years, but especially during virtual school. They were excited to have the brand-new version that is much more updated, similar to our iPhones. We also had fun going through our stockings:
After that, it was pretty much a free for all with the presents. Presents for everyone!
We had a couple of themes going. The girls & Bryan got new suitcases. The girls originally got their luggage set when they were born so Sadie has been using hers for 10 years! It is definitely dirty & worn plus I thought she would appreciate a hard case that was a little more mature:
Aren't they so cute?! Bryan got a small hard case travel on also, but his is solid silver & not quite as cute. Ha!
We also had an athletic theme going on. Bryan & the girls got yoga mats for our new home gym. I already have one, but I did get a new athletic watch & 3 pairs of athletic shoes! Apparently, my family knows me well:

That afternoon we drove over to Bryan's parent's house & celebrated again with both of his grandmothers. We enjoyed Christmas dinner, spent the night with them & went to church with them Sunday morning. It truly was a relaxing weekend full of food, fun & family!
