Kidz Bop

When Natalie came to pick Zoe up, we had one last surprise for the girls:

When I heard tickets were going on sale, I knew I had to get them. We listen to Kidz Bop on a daily basis around here. The girls love singing & dancing around the house! And they have never been to a concert before so I knew it would be exciting for their first time. We waited to surprise the girls the day of & when it was time to get ready, they had so much fun primping together. We even let them put on their own make up!

As soon as we got there, we had to take pictures & document their first concert together:

We bought general admission tickets on the lawn & we met up with some friends. Luckily we got there early enough to get good seats & spread out:

That picture cracks me up - you can tell the dads are really excited to be there!

I loved watching Gavin! Out of all of our children, he probably enjoyed it the most. He kept going down closer so he could see better & then he would bust out few dance moves. Every now & then Sophie would join him:

We knew Julianne's family would be there but were surprised when we saw Brinkley's family. This is one of Sophie's buddies from pre-school:

To be honest, it was a fun concert, but I might have had more fun than the girls! We were sitting directly in the sunlight the entire time & it was so hot. The girls were kind of miserable & didn't dance as much as I thought they would because they were so hot & tired. Eventually, the sun diminished some & we finally talked them into moving around & for some reason, they were doing more gymnastic moves than dance moves:
