This week was Sophie's first official week of summer & since Sadie was still in school, I let Sophie have a little pool party all to herself:
She has been with most of her Sonshine friends for 4 years but they will all be going to different elementary schools in the fall & I have a feeling, most of these kids we won't see much anymore. But they kicked off summer swimming, eating lunch, visiting & spending time together:
The girls even had fun having a picnic lunch up high in the play house:
I have really enjoyed getting to know these kids & their moms and have no doubt they will all do great when they go their separate ways in the fall. Until then, I hope we have another play date or two this summer before they are officially kindergarteners:
