After field day, the next morning Sadie had her awards program. They have one for each grade level & it's always fun to celebrate the school year with all of their friends & families. They have 4 awards that are given out to every student in each class. According to Sadie, the class gets to vote on these awards, but I think the teacher has the final say. Just like last year, Sadie won the award for Mindful Manners:

After each class has gone, their special teachers (library, art, music & PE) gave away a top award for 1 boy & 1 girl. Of course we not surprised when Sadie won the PE award:
As soon as it was over, we had fun talking pictures & celebrating with her:

We are so thankful Sadie had such a wonderful 1st grade year & we are always proud of her accomplishments!
