Merry Christmas Eve! We have been so busy leading up to Christmas but now we are enjoying the holiday with family. Of course I have lots of pictures to share from our activities lately. Starting with Sophie. This was her last week at gymnastics & it was Polar Express week. They got to wear their pajamas & drink hot chocolate at the gym:
Sadie had a Christmas party with her girl scout troop & then they went caroling at a local nursing home:
Afterwards they walked around & passed out reindeer treats:
Bryan & I went to a Christmas party one night & both of the girls wanted to take pictures of us:
The weekend of the girl's art birthday party, Ellie (our elf) brought the girls the cutest personalized, ornament sugar cookies that you could paint & decorate:
The paint palette was on a separate cookie & all you had to do was dip the brush in water & then you could paint. They had so much fun decorating & eating their cookies:
Sadie did choir again this year & they performed at church last weekend:
Last year they did a Christmas musical, but this year they just sang during church. She still loved it & she had fun every week going to practice with Brynley:
And luckily it was the weekend my mom was in town so she got to see her perform as well:
The girls got special packages in the mail from the North Pole this year & they were so excited! They got nice letters from Santa with a little treat:
And Ellie surprised us with another gift on our first full day of winter break - a gingerbread house! Let's just say we aren't the most crafty family, but we sure had fun trying:
I think it turned out cute enough to be a centerpiece for our Christmas holiday:
And that's it! I know I have shared a lot of pictures lately but I just get excited sharing a piece of our life with all of you. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with your family & friends!
