Life Lately

I am going to start this week with a picture of Bryan this week since I usually post pictures of the girls:

They were working late one night at someone's house & his business partner sent me this. I can honestly say that I never seen him in a cowboy hat before!

Speaking of fun pictures, check out my helper at the grocery store this week:

This little super hero ran all over Kroger like she owned the place!

Earlier this week, we invited a friend from Sadie's class over to play after school:

They spent a lot of time doing arts & crafts.

Sophie & I surprised Sadie at school one day for lunch. It's so cute seeing how all of the other kids are just as excited to see Sophie as she is to see them!

And it was Julia's birthday!

Parents were invited to chapel this week at Sonshine:

Apparently kindergarten got to visit a petting zoo this week & Sadie's teacher sent me this cute picture of Sadie holding a goat:

Today was a busy day & we spent most of it at the school. Sophie & I went to Good Morning Pink & our favorite part was watching the teachers race:

The kids thought it was hilarious watching their teachers crash! At the end when they were singing their school song, Sophie ran over & joined Sadie & her friends:

Love that she fits right in already!

After GMP, Sophie & I stayed to volunteer at the school all day. Our annual spring carnival is tonight & it is the biggest event of the year. We spent the morning setting up the bake sale & Sophie was a great helper!

We stayed for lunch & Bryan thought he would stop by to surprise Sadie but he didn't know we were already there so it ended up being a family lunch date:

Once the cafeteria was clean from all of the lunches, we stayed for the afternoon to help get everything set up. This time I brought Sophie's ipad so she could watch a movie while I set up the silent auction & popped 350 bags of popcorn:

The school looks great & we can't wait to go to our first carnival tonight! Let's hope the weather cooperates now that we have it all set up.......
