Magic Kingdom, Day 3

When we were planning this trip months ago, I tried my best to keep our first day at Magic Kingdom princess free. But on Wednesday, it was all about the princesses! Luckily we were able to sleep in a little since we stayed up late from the Christmas party. We had brunch scheduled at the castle:

We have actually eaten here twice, for lunch & dinner but we have never had breakfast here before & you know that is my favorite meal. As soon as we got there, we were welcomed by Cinderella:

before we were led upstairs to the dining room:

We had barely started eating when all of the princesses started arriving:

At the end of our meal they came out & surprised the girls with cupcakes for their birthdays:

Even though we had been there before, it was just as fun!

After brunch, the guys headed to the golf course:

where they spent the afternoon golfing & having a guys' day while we continued our princess day. First up, we rode Voyage of the Little Mermaid, which my girls love:

Unfortunately Max did not:

Poor guy. He usually doesn't mind hanging with the girls but maybe this day he would have rather been golfing with the guys :)

We also visited Enchanted Tales with Belle where all 3 of the girls participated in the show. But now that I am working on my blog, I don't see those pictures. Hmmm......

Our favorite part of the day was next:

All 3 girls had appointments at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for a princess makeover:

Sadie even had a surprise visitor stop by:

She did this 2 years ago when we came but Sophie was too little, but they both did it on the cruise last year. But the cruise spa was tiny & doesn't compare to going to the castle, so Sophie was pretty excited. So here they are getting their hair, make up & nails done. We will start with Sadie:

So both times she had gone before she chose the classic princess look but this time she went with the diva hairstyle & she chose the red wig because she wanted to look like Ariel. It was hilarious!

Sophie on the other hand chose a simple braid in the back:

Of course when they were both finished, their fairy godmother sprinkled them with pixie dust:

Then it was time for their big reveal:

I can't explain it but even after doing this 3 times, it is still magical! The girls looked beautiful & they had so much fun:

When all 3 were finished, we walked next door to the photo studio for their photo shoot. Now this was a riot! I didn't download half the pictures but they were so funny:

This last picture totally sums up their personalities right now!

In case you are wondering, Zoe was there also but I am sure Natalie will post all of her pictures:

When we were outside later, I snapped a picture of the back of them so you could see their hair:

Even Sophie had hot pink & blue extensions in her braid. But my favorite picture is this one:

Just love those two!

After the girls were all dolled up, we went & visited a few more princesses:

After all that, we decided we needed a snack so we splurged & got a Mickey funnel cake:

On our way out of the park, we decided to make one last stop just for Sophie:

Sadie has always loved Ariel & Sophie has always loved Tinkerbell. It was a special way to spend a girls' day with these lovely ladies:

I think those pictures above say it all.
