Epcot, Day 4

Thursday morning we woke up & headed towards Epcot:

As you can see, we had beautiful weather the entire time we were there! Bryan & Sophie got in before the rest of us since he didn't have a bag to be checked so they took a few pictures while they waited:

Of course when we all got in we had to take family pictures:

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the night before the girls talked us in to sleeping in their fancy hair do's & they actually looked pretty good the next morning:

Ok, back to Epcot. We rode a few rides & then a few of us headed to Akershus for breakfast with the princesses in Norway:

The girls were welcomed by Belle:

but of course they met several other princesses as well:

I know some people probably think we are crazy for wanting to do another princess meal, but I was excited to try Akershus since we hadn't been there yet. And it was definitely different than the castle. In fact, they serve breakfast family style here so that was fun. They also had a princess parade where all of the girls got to march around the restaurant with the princesses. In the 2 years since we had been here, they moved Elsa & Anna from Magic Kingdom to Epcot, right by Akershus & the new Frozen ride. I was pretty excited to check it all out since we are a Frozen family:

Of course we did a few other rides including one of our favorites, Nemo:

where we explored the aquarium & exhibits afterwards:

Kason & Sadie talked us into riding this boat ride in Mexico that we were all skeptical about but thank goodness we did because they had a lot of advertisements for Coco in there & the girls were excited since we had just seen it:

All Sadie could talk about all week was buying a guitar & she finally found one in Mexico! A little pink wooden guitar with real wire strings, so she can play just like Miguel :)

We also visited Mickey Mouse & his friends:

After we rode most of the rides, we went back to the World Showcase to explore all of the different countries. We lucked out because they had 15 different holiday kitchens set up with holiday treats for:

We used our snack credits to eat our way through the countries & one of my favorites was pasta in Italy:

and of course we had to stop at Werther's Original:

They make the best caramel popcorn & it smells absolutely divine in there!

I was really excited when I saw a sign for Frozen S'mores:

but it didn't taste as good as it sounded. In fact, I think we threw most of it away. We had a great time walking around the World Showcase & it was absolutely beautiful as the sun went down:

Once we finally finished eating, we decided to hit up a few more rides. My mom went back earlier in the afternoon with Max & Zoe but we decided to keep Sophie with us & she did great! She is usually our cautious one but somehow we talked her into riding Soarin & Test Track with us:

and she did great! She may have been a little scared but you wouldn't have known it. Honestly, I think she skipped several things at the beginning because Zoe did, but since she wasn't around, she was willing to do more because she wanted to keep up with Sadie & Kason. The big kids had a fun night & we officially closed the park. Sweet Sophie finally gave in as we waited for our shuttle:

It sure is fun having children old enough to stay out all day & ride all the same rides together!
