Magic Kingdom, Day 3

After Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, I took the girls to meet Ariel:

After meeting her, we got to go under the sea to experience her ride & the girls loved it! Too bad Bryan missed it because it was one of the girls' favorites:

We finally met up with him & everyone else for an early dinner at:

It is across from:

which is inside Cinderella's castle. As soon as we walked in, we met the hostess:

Doesn't Princess Sadie look beautiful standing next to Princess Cinderella in their matching gowns?! We finally went upstairs to the ballroom for dinner & the kids got to have their own table & were treated to fairy wands:

The food was delicious here! Probably the best meal we had of the week. While we were eating, Princesses Ariel, Jasmin & Snow White stopped by:

While we were eating dessert, they surprised Sherry & Robert with a "glass slipper" made of chocolate:

What a milestone - we are so proud of you two & we are thankful for the example you have set for our marriage!

After dinner, Sadie was getting uncomfortable in her Cinderella gown, so she changed outfits & then we went to meet Tinkerbell:

You can tell Sophie got braver as the week went on. She finally started going up to the princesses & characters by herself instead of Bryan having to carry her up there.

We eventually met up with the rest of the family in Tomorrowland & hit up the few rides we hadn't done yet:

And we went to a comedy show at the Monster's Laugh Factory, where Bryan & Sophie made the big screen:

They even brought a microphone over & interviewed them. Sophie really hammed it up for the camera!

Finally, we had one more late night. This was the only night the park was open until 11:00 for regular festivities, so we had to stay for:

As I mentioned earlier, the Halloween parade was not an electrical parade, so Sadie really enjoyed it. And Braxton & Kaitlyn hadn't seen a parade yet, so they were really excited also:

Since this was the only night that wasn't the Halloween party, the park was terribly crowded. Probably the worst that is was all week. I really wanted the kids to have front row seats to the parade, so we had to sit at the end of the parade route, which was fine, but it was a beating fighting the crowd as we left the parade & made our way back to the entrance of the park for the firework show. But boy was it worth it:

The kids were exhausted, especially my two since they stayed up until midnight 2 nights in a row. In fact, they were so tired, they both fell asleep on the way home & that NEVER happens!

Guess it's easy to be lulled to sleep that late when you are riding in a dark shuttle bus for 30 minutes. It was worth every minute to watch their faces light up when they saw the Christmas lights & fireworks!
