Animal Kingdom, Day 4

After brunch, we headed to:

I was hoping the kids would enjoy this since it's kind of like going to a zoo:

The first ride we did together as a group, the jungle safari ride. It was perfect weather & it was fun to go off roading in the savannah where we saw some great animals:

We ate lunch in Dino Land & there was a small dinosaur ride for Braxton, Sadie & Sophie:

Kaitlyn got to ride a couple of big rides that afternoon so we stayed in dinoland with the little kids. We found a dinosaur playground that even had a dino dig where you could dig for dinosaur fossils. Sadie loved digging in the dirt:

We also saw a couple of shows. We saw a Nemo show & a Lion King Show. I loved the Lion King show, of course, that has always been one of my favorite soundtracks. Sadie loves both of those movies so she enjoyed them as well. Our final show of the day was a bug show in 3D & the kids really liked that because you really felt like a part of the action!

This was one of the prettiest parks by far. They had Mount Everest:

There is actually a roller coaster that Kaitlyn got to do with her parents. Hopefully we will get to do it next time we come! Part of me wanted to do some of that stuff, but Bryan & I stayed with the girls the entire time.

They also had this beautiful tree that I called the Tree of Life. It looked fake to me but some people thought it was real & honestly, I don't know if we ever found out the truth. If you look close, it has a lot of animals carved in it:

This was another park we easily did in a half day. Bryan & I actually left the girls with their grandparents that night & we had dinner reservations in Downtown Disney. I didn't take any pictures, but it was fun getting a night away just the 2 of us.
