It was so nice to have a normal week of summer fun. Not only did we go to the splash park & the movies, but Sadie got to go to day camp one day. We even had friends over for swimming & lunch one morning:
I have enjoyed meeting up with friends & having plans, but not having to get out the door by a set time every morning. Our days have been lazier & this mom is loving it! We still go on a family walk every night after dinner & sometimes our babies join us:
Sophie has really became attached to her baby this week. All of the sudden she has noticed it & she carries it around everywhere. Don't know how I didn't get a picture of it.
We also have picnics outside every chance we get:
I know, technically it's not a true picnic, but that's what Sadie calls it. Don't know what kind of face she is making, but as you can see, her baby joined her for the picnic also. So glad the girls enjoy the simple things in life like taking a walk outside or eating lunch on the back porch!
