We enjoyed a relaxing weekend since we were back in town. We are trying to enjoy our lazy weekends before college football starts up because then our Saturdays revolve around Texas Football!
On Friday night we went to dinner with the Hill Family & afterwards we went to one of our favorite places in town, The Double Dip, for frozen custard.
In case you are wondering, no, we have not given any ice cream to Sadie yet because I know as soon as we do, she will be addicted like her parents!
On Saturday, we spent the day together as a family just the 3 of us. We did go to Nordstrom to shop for Bryan's birthday. He had a gift card & money burning a whole in his pocket :) Bryan may not go shopping very often, but when he does, he is a slow poke - we were at the store for 1 1/2 hours! Luckily, Sadie is a trooper & enjoys shopping & she did pretty good while we were there! Although she did have some good entertainment:
Hopefully we will enjoy the next couple of weekends before football starts. As of today, we only have 26 days left until kick-off! Hook 'em Horns!
