It's a Jungle Out There

Today Sadie & I met our MOPS friends for a play date at:

 

We had never been there so I didn't know what to expect until we walked in & saw this:

 

 

Looks fun, right? We all bought a Groupon that entitled each kid to roam the entire facility for leisurely play & one free robotic animal ride:

 

 

She could choose from the elephant, zebra or giraffe & of course she chose (I mean Mom chose) the giraffe! It was kind of funny watching her ride it because she couldn't tell if she liked it or not. One second she was clapping & waving, the next second she was holding on tight trying not to cry!

 

Our ticket also included a free train ride:

 

 

She rode the train with Olivia but I had a hard time getting a picture of the two of them. They were so busy looking outside at all of the animals & waving to everyone as we rolled by.

 

Sadie loved climbing up & down the tree house slide:

 

 

And she had her first experience in the ball pit:

 

 

She really liked the balls but she stayed close to the side since the big kids were playing & running around in there.

 

Besides Olivia, she mostly ran around by herself but there were a few times she would play with the other kids from our group. They were a little older so she had a hard time keeping up. Here are the best pics I could get of all the kiddos:

 

 

They were too busy running around & my iPhone has a hard time catching the action shots!

 

Sadie had an awesome time & even though I spent more time chasing her around instead of visiting with the other Moms, it was still worth it.

 

 

One of these days she will be old enough to play by herself & I can finally join the other Moms on the sidelines :)
