Thank you for those who are following along with our Hawaiian adventure! As I mentioned we have been planning this trip for a while because my parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary! They really wanted to go on a special trip together with our immediate family and renew their vows, which we had planned for Sunday morning. My mom booked a photographer; we took family pictures & then they had a quick vowel renewal ceremony. We lucked out with amazing weather & a great photographer who knew just the places to capture fantastic photos of all of us starting with the waterfall:
I loved these pictures of the 3 girls! Their dresses coordinated perfectly, in fact all of our color palette blended so well!
From here, we migrated to the lawn in front of the beach:
My mom saved our leis from the luau to wear for the ceremony & we bought a small bouquet for my mom to carry. My brother-in-law is a minister so he did their ceremony, which was short & sweet, but very moving:
Finally, we headed to the beach for out last set of photos:
Thank you, mom & dad, for such a wonderful vacation! We had the best week getting to spend extended time together but most of all, we are so thankful for the example you have shown to both of our families with your dedication to each other. Love you both!
