100 & 101 Days of School

Yesterday was the 100th day of school & to celebrate, our kindergarteners got to dress up for the occasion. They could either wear a shirt with 100 things on it or they could dress like a 100 year old grandmother. Sophie chose to dress like an old lady because that is what her sister did 2 years ago. Remember this?

Sophie basically wanted to be like her exactly, except it was really cold so I made her wear tights:

Since Sophie doesn't wear real glasses like Sadie, she wore her baby doll's glasses:

It's hard to tell from the pictures but I did spray her hair gray but this time instead of a plain bun, we added sponge curlers:

She was so excited to go to school! I surprised her at lunch that day so I got to see a lot of her friends dressed up too:

The next day was the 101st day of school & they got to dress up like 101 dalmations with the 1st graders:

I mean how cute is she?! She even has a fur coat that looks like Cruella's:

I volunteer in the library every Thursday so I popped into lunch again to see her friends:

It's been a fun week with the littles getting to dress up at school! Unfortunately, 2nd grade didn't get to dress up this year so Sadie just helped Sophie look cute.
