For the past 2 years, Sadie has gone to the Daddy Daughter Dance with Bryan & this year was extra special because Sophie got to join them. The city of Frisco hosts the dance & they do an awesome job, but it is so big, they have to separate dance times all afternoon/evening based on the girl's age, so this is probably one of the few years the girls will get to go together. We started talking about it about a month ago when I took them shopping for dresses. They were determined to be twins so we got matching shoes, dresses, necklaces & today they even wanted matching bows:
Of course it is February so we had to get them cardigans since it is cold outside but I let them go without tights since they would be dancing inside. Bryan surprised them with flowers:
and they were so excited! You can't tell from the pictures but the roses actually had some sort of glitter or sparkle on them. I couldn't let them leave with out my own little photo shoot:
Bryan took a ton of videos but most of his pictures were dark or blurry except for a few action shots:
This year's theme was Be Our Guest so he took a couple of pictures with decorations & props from around the room:
I got several pictures from friends throughout the night & found more on Bryan's phone. Apparently they saw everyone from school, church, girl scouts, basketball, soccer, etc.:
Afterwards a group of them went to dinner at the Cowboys Club:
And that's about all I know or saw about dinner!
I am so glad that they had a fun night & I absolutely love that the girls still want to dress like twins because I know soon that they won't want too anymore. Such a special night for Bryan with these 2 little princesses:
