We had a busy weekend & I realized once I got on the computer this afternoon that I didn't really take any pictures. She had a birthday party on Friday, then we went out to dinner with friends Friday & Saturday night. We also saw family over the weekend & some how none of this was captured on film. Probably because Sadie was fussy most of the time..... Actually, she did ok when people were around, but when we were at home by ourselves or in the car, she was fussy. We couldn't really pin point what the problem was until yesterday - she cut another tooth! We checked her on Saturday to see if that was the culprit & we could see her gum was really white but the tooth hadn't broken through. Yesterday we dropped her off at the nursery during church & our buzzer never went off, so I figured she did good. Until I walked around the corner to pick her up & heard her screaming down the hallway! Poor girl - she had a major meltdown - probably the biggest we have ever seen in public! They said she played & was fine the entire time, until the last 5 minutes. Normally, I would calm her down & we would go on to lunch. Not this time! She was screaming, crying & her eyes were all red & puffy with a snotty nose. Needless to say we went straight home. But as I was trying to calm her down in the car, I felt it - her right bottom tooth in the front had came in. Apparently, it must have happened during church & she wanted everyone to know!
Luckily, she woke up from her afternoon nap happy & we spent the night going for a walk & swinging at the park. As you can see, she apparently forgot about her new tooth & is soaking up the rays!
I love it when she smiles, but there won't be a toothless grin for much longer since she now has 2 bottom teeth! I am hoping I will be able to capture her new smile soon!
Even though she isn't smiling in this picture, I still love it. I am not used to seeing her without her helmet on & she looks so big to me! She has a lot more hair, even though it is blonde & you can hardly see it. It's always covered by the helmet also. And her blue eyes just sparkle :)
She is so beautiful! Can't wait to see y'all next week!!!
