Future Longhorn

This past weekend was Bryan's good weekend so he felt great the entire time we had company. He was also fortunate to make his first out of town trip since he got sick. Technically, he is not supposed to be outside in the sun or in the heat, but since the UT Longhorn football game got pushed back until 7:00, he got to go. We got approval from his Oncologist, he hitched a ride with Josh & he wore a big sun hat while he was there to protect his face. I stayed home with my family, except for my Dad who was lucky enough to score my ticket :) Since they couldn't tailgate & hang outside before the game, we had a tailgate at our house before the guys hit the road. I had gone shopping earlier in the week because I didn't have any UT clothes to wear during football season & you know you have to wear burnt orange on every game day! Luckily I found a pretty cute maternity shirt & got to show it off for the paparazzi at the house:

Today Bryan went back in for his 10th chemo so this weekend we will be taking it easy & watching the game at home just the 2 of us on Saturday night, if I can get him to stay awake! Hook 'em Horns!
